Kasper Guldager Jensen
Architect MAA, Senior Partner 3XN, Director GXN
Kasper Guldager Jensen is Senior Partner in 3XN and Director of the innovation company GXN, which was established in 2007 to innovate and apply new knowledge and technology into their work. The ‘G’ stands for Green, highlighting GXN’s dedication to ecological design research. The mission of GXN is to develop a building culture that positively affects the world we live in – both architecturally and environmentally.
Architect and design partner Transsolar
Transsolar is an international climate engineering firm determined to create exceptional, highly comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces with a positive environmental impact. They study the seasonal behaviour of sun, wind, heat, light and other energy flows in and around the building. This results in concepts based on the complex interdependence of the local climate, user needs, architectural design and engineered systems.
Matthias Schuler is one of the CEOs of Transsolar. He graduated from engineering studies at the University of Stuttgart and he founded the company in 1992. Anja Thierfelder is an architect and docent at the University of Stuttgart and at the University of Limerick in Ireland. She works closely with Transsolar, contributing in the field of bionics and providing connections between the arts and physics.

Co-Founder / Principal Urban Planner UNStudio
In 1988 Caroline co- founded UNStudio (United Net) with Ben van Berkel. It is a Dutch architectural design studio specialising in architecture, interior architecture, product design, urban development and infrastructural projects. The name, UNStudio, stands for United Network Studio referring to the collaborative nature of the practice. Realised projects include the Erasmus Bridge in Rotterdam, the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart and Arnhem Central Station in the Netherlands.
Dhyana van der Pols
Global head product development at G-Star RAW
In 2015 Dhyana started working at G-Star RAW as a strategic research product development manager. She has fulfilled several positions within in the company since then and is now the Global head of product development. She deals with topics such as range architecture, product assortment mix and development calendar, R&D, category management and product innovation.
