Dr. Thomas Weichselbaumer, partner Trigon Development Consultants

Thomas studied journalism and communication sciences in Salzburg and Vienna and has completed numerous trainings and courses (e.g. systemic development of organisations, coaching, innovation). For more than 17 years he has been consulting both regional and international organisations of all sizes and different industries. His focus of activities are: strategy and innovation consulting, business generation, customer centricity, agile methods and change management.

  Host: Mirjam Hoveijn, Manager BNA Academy 

The BNA Academy develops and offers training, courses, workshops and masterclasses for architects and designers. As manager she is responsible for the content and quality of the courses, selecting the freelance lecturers, marketing and the organisational aspects of all the courses.

Lars holds a Ms.Sc. (in Strategy/Service Management) and a Master in Leadership and Innovation. Strong business acumen from both public and private sector. He works with local and global brands from positions like Head of Innovation, Client Service Director, Strategic Planner, Trends Researcher. Currently he is working for the Danish Association of Architectural Firms promoting their competences abroad and at the same time helping them making a profitable business. A key focus is defining the architectural value proposition in a value chain under reconstruction.

Marjolijn is a Commercial Director at Arcadis and member of the BNA International board. She is the contact person for collaboration with architects and engineers outside Arcadis. She focuses on topics such as transit-oriented development and master planning & Urban development.

Willem Bruijn, founder of Onehundredyears 

Willem was director of Baumschlager & Eberle until 2017, and is also director international affairs at the Swedisch architectural practice Krook&Tjäder. With his company Onehundredyears Willem promotes investment in long lasting objects (100 years), economic constructions and low operational costs. Onehundredyears redefines sustainability, aims and offers efficient strategic concepts and new market approaches.

Host: Jutta Hinterleitner, programme manager research at BNA

Jutta is a programme manager research at Royal Institute of Dutch Architects (BNA). She works on research by design-projects together with architects and stakeholders from municipalities, enterprises and universities. The focus of these innovative projects lies on the transition of cities towards a more resilient future.
